We need your help! During this year's event, we will be hosting a couple of games to get attendees to moving around the exhibit spaces. One of those games will be a scavenger hunt. Shipping information. Items may arrive at the hotel starting on Monday, October 6 – the week of the conference. The shipping label should include your company’s name, and the second line should state “MNASCA” and then the hotel address: Minneapolis Marriott Southwest, 5801 Opus Parkway, Minnetonka, MN 55343. Vendors that need ship items post-event should schedule their pickup and set the pickup location for the hotel’s loading dock. When the box is prepared and ready to be shipped, please make sure you connect with a banquet staff person so then they can take it to the dock to be picked up. Finally, please make sure you call and schedule a pick-up as UPS/FedEx does not stop by the hotel every day.
Move-in/move-out times. Vendors can move-in between 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8 and 6-7 a.m. on Thursday, October 9. You may load-in through the East Entrance near the Lake Minnetonka Ballroom, but note there are steps at that entrance so you may wish to use the main hotel entrance depending on what equipment you are bringing in. If you are bringing bulky, heavy equipment, please contact Laura Harris at the email address below for alternate instructions. Move-out will take place following the attendee raffles on Friday at approximately 12 p.m.
Exhibit space. If you requested electric service, you will be assigned an exhibit table near an outlet. The exhibit tables are 6' x 30". Black table linens will be provided upon request.
Registration. Your name badges and registration materials will be placed on your exhibit tables, along with sample scavenger hunt packets for Thursday’s game, and daubers for the vendor bingo game on Friday morning.
Raffle donations. If you signed up to donate items/gifts for our attendee raffles, please bring them to the MNASCA Registration area when you arrive at the venue to set-up your exhibit table.
Networking reception. You are welcome to join us for the Thursday evening Networking Reception in the Lake Minnetonka Ballroom/Foyer from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Registration list. We will share a preliminary registration update on Friday, September 26 and send exhibitors a final registration list on October 7.

MNASCA Group Rate: $189 +tax per night This rate expires Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Please contact the hotel directly or click here to make your room reservations. To receive the special room rate, ask for the “MNASCA Annual Conference” group block when making reservations.
